You will drive hands-on transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering to build the foundation needed to scale rocket production and launch cadence.

• Outstanding problem-solving ability and a clear bias for action.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with structured and unstructured data, dashboards, API interfaces and heterogeneous data systems.
• Understanding of production, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or engineering processes.
• Familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP, production systems, digital thread, or operational analytics.
• Ability to work on-site, move between shop floor and management discussions, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Mission Brief

As Associate Operations Transformation, you will work on Isar Aerospace’s toughest operational problems - the critical-path issues that block production, execution, or expose gaps in processes, data, and systems. Your mission is to build the operational foundation required to scale from launching a single rocket to producing and launching multiples each year.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Drive hands-on transformation in Operations - from urgent issue resolution to scalable process and system improvements.
