Isar Aerospace is seeking an Associate Operations Transformation to tackle the toughest operational problems, from production bottlenecks to data gaps, building the foundation to scale from a single rocket to multiple launches per year.

You will diagnose bottlenecks across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering, translate insights into IT and data requirements, and implement pragmatic, data-driven improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with structured and unstructured data, dashboards, APIs.
• Understanding of production, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or engineering processes.
• Familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP, production systems, digital thread, or operational analytics.
• Ability to work on-site and move between shop floor and management discussions, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Mission Brief

As Associate Operations Transformation, you will work on Isar Aerospace’s toughest operational problems - the critical-path issues that block production, execution, or expose gaps in processes, data, and systems. Your mission is to build the operational foundation required to scale from launching a single rocket to producing and launching multiples each year.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Drive hands-on transformation in Operations - from urgent issue resolution to scalable process and system improvements.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering and translate process insights into Enterprise IT & Data requirements.
• Build fast and pragmatic using data, process innovation, automation, and hands-on coordination.
• Improve how product, process, manufacturing, and supply chain data flows through PLM, MES, and ERP.
• Turn messy operational problems into implemented solutions - even when ownership is unclear.
