Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION : Abbott Automation Solutions GmbH in Hamburg is looking for an Associate Operations Project Manager (m / w / d).

Major Responsibilities

• Support coordinate and manage internal Operations projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Focus on Operations processes and systems (e.g. ERP BI) across the value-added chain.
• Define project goals work streams and processes.
• Create and complete project management deliverables.
• Track control and report on project tasks including escalation of risks and delays.
• Define countermeasures for late deliverables and activities.
• Prepare management presentations on project status and planning.
• Ensure achievement of project milestones.
• Provide project support to Operations management.
• Act as a counterpart to R&D project managers.
• Support interface-related tasks in development design transfer and supply chain.
• Promote environmental protection and workplace safety in line with legal obligations.
• Actively support Abbotts environmental goals and ensure safe operational practices.
• Ensure team compliance with workplace safety rules.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent training in: Science Engineering Business Administration
• Initial experience in project management
• Helpful experience in one or more of the following areas: Production and production control / management Design transfer Supplier management Research & Development (R&D) Industry-specific technical expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools especially Microsoft Excel
• Solid data analysis capabilities
