JLL sucht eine/n Associate (m/w/d) - Value and Risk Advisory mit Fokus auf Immobilienbewertungen. Sie leiten Teams, koordinieren nationale und internationale Projekte und arbeiten eng mit Produktteams zusammen.

Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Gewerbeimmobilienbereich sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit. MRICS/HypZert-F-Konzepte sind willkommen oder bereits erworben.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in relevanten Feldern.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Gewerbeimmobilienbereich.
• Erste Schritte in MRICS / HypZert F oder MRICS / HypZert F bereits erworben.

Responsabilités

• Durchführung und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsprojekte.
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung von Initiierung bis Abschluss.
• Ressourcen-, Risiko- und Prozessmanagement.
• Anwendung nationaler/internationaler Bewertungsverfahren.
• Erstellung von Wertgutachten und Marktanalysen in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktteams zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Daten.
• Identifikation von Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten im Sinne von OneJLL.

Associate (m/w/d) - Value and Risk Advisory

Das erwartet Dich

• Durchführung und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsprojekte für Immobilien und Portfolios
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss
• Management von Ressourcen, Risiken und Prozessen
• Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsverfahren (ImmoWertV / BelWertV, RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA)
• Erstellung von Wertgutachten und Marktanalysen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem VRA-Produktteam zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Daten
• Identifizierung von Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten im Sinne von OneJLL
• Standortübergreifende Projektzusammenarbeit innerhalb von Deutschland und mit den Bewertungsteams in EMEA

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, VWL, Bauingenieurwesen o.ä.)
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, insbesondere im Gewerbeimmobilienbereich
• Erste Schritte in Richtung MRICS / HypZert F Qualifikation eingeleitet oder aber MRICS / HypZert F bereits erlangt
• Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Geschäftsproblemen und zur Empfehlung von Best Practices
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams oder Projekten
• Sehr gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Kundenorientierung
