Siemens CF A is seeking a senior auditor with a focus on Sustainability and CSRD to lead audit programs across global projects. The role emphasizes risk identification, interview-driven information gathering, and delivering improvement plans in a complex multinational setting.

Applicants should have 7+ years of experience in sustainability within Siemens or a Big4 context, a Master’s degree, and strong English communication skills. Travel up to 30% and a hybrid work model are expected.

• Taking ownership on the preparation, planning and execution of the defined audit programwith sustainability focus– e.g. EU-Taxonomy, CSRD,decarbonization, environmental protection – to ensure that all risks and controls are identified.
• Steering the identification of key risks in Siemens’s Sustainability universe - from inherent project / product / software portfolio risks to internal and external legislation.
• Leading the design and execution of the audit program steps in coordination with the Engagement Manager.
• Build trusted working relationships with the auditee, solidifying CF A as a trusted advisor.
• Independently drive interviews with clients in order to extract crucial information.
• Drive closing meetings with management and support discussions with drawn conclusions from the engagement together with the audit team.
• Apply auditing expertise and operational insight to identify risks, evaluate controls, and deliver actionable recommendations for process and organizational improvements.
• Develop clear reports and improvement plans, and share findings, lessons learned, and best practices with key stakeholders across Siemens to support continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and stakeholder engagement, adapting communication and audit approaches to diverse cultural and organizational contexts to build trust and ensure effective collaboration.
• Foster organizational learning by contributing to the development of audit methodology, tools, and knowledge-sharing practices that enhance audit quality and impact.

What you need to make real what matters

• Proven track record of career development including several years (at least 7+ years) of professional experience within Siemens and/or a big4 company in the field ofSustainability or Environmental Protection.
• Strong academic history with a degree (Master) ideallyin management, Sustainability, or engineering (with a focus onSustainability, Environmental Protection).
• Relevant experience and advanced knowledge inthe field ofCorporateSustainability/ESG, Sustainability Strategy, Implementation of Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU-Taxonomyand/ or Environmental Protection, EcoDesign or Ressource Efficiency.
• Exposure to and passion for state-of-the-art technologies.
• General Project Management expertise in a complex global organization.
• Preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting and have experiences working and communicating with multiple cultures.- Strong desire and drive to develop into a business or functional role after 3-5 years in audit
• Excellent communication skills to summarize and describe audit results.
• Proficiency in English, flexibility to travel (up 30%, incl. international travel) and embracing our hybrid working model is essential
