Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a primary legal advisor for commercial agreements, supplier and customer negotiations, and compliance matters.
• Advise on a broad range of legal topics, including intellectual property, IT law, data protection (GDPR), and EU regulatory requirements.
• Support critical issues such as warranty disputes, M&A, and litigation management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.
• Develop and deliver training on legal and compliance topics to internal teams.
• Contribute to shaping legal frameworks in an evolving, software-driven automotive environment.
