Dormont Manufacturing Co seeks an IT leader to direct an IT team supporting a key business segment. You will develop IT strategy with department and product leadership and ensure it is effectively implemented.
You will supervise staff, manage budgets, vendor relations and project delivery, while mentoring team members and enforcing IT governance and best practices.
This remote role is based in Pennsylvania with a 40 hour work week, day shifts, and full benefits.

Directs the activities of an Information Technology (IT) team assigned to support an organizational segment of the organization. Works with department, product line, or system leadership to develop Information Technology strategy. Conveys that strategy to staff and ensures it is fulfilled. Administratively responsible for assigned staff members. Oversees projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner in accordance with established IT standards.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. *Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate’s Degree = 2 years; Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years).
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
