Job summary

Herter Co, based in Frankfurt, seeks an Associate (m/f/d) to strengthen the team. You will build complex operational and financial models and evaluate financing structures.

You will analyze annual statements and company data to prepare information documents, bank presentations, and teasers, and conduct company valuations using LBO, DCF, and multiples. You will review legal docs and coordinate information exchange, both externally and internally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or private debt.
• Fluent in German and English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding academic achievements.

Responsibilities

• More than 3 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or private debt.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, high resilience, motivation, and teamwork ability.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
