ALAIKA Advisory in Munich is seeking an Associate Consultant for Financial Services with a focus on Data & AI to join our growing advisory practice. You will work directly with senior leaders to tackle strategic challenges at leading financial institutions and build practical, data-driven solutions on core technology platforms.

You will contribute to strategy, data and AI initiatives, and collaborate across our three business strands.

What you bring

• Background. Top 10–20% of your class at a top-tier university. Analytical field — CS, Math, Physics, Finance, or equivalentrigour.
• Experience. 6-12 months in a high-pressure, results-driven environment — top strategy consultancy, PE/VC-backed company, fast-growing tech, or demanding corporate financial services role. Hands‑on Data & AI experience is a plus.
