Job summary

Third Bridge Group is seeking an Associate, Client Services (m/f/d) to start January 2027 in Munich. You’ll engage industry experts, manage projects end-to-end, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced, commercial role.

The role offers rapid progression from Associate to Senior Associate, with annual development allowances and a generous first-year OTE of €62,000 (base €52,000 plus bonus). German language fluency at C1+ is required, with a dynamic, high-energy team culture.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our business - finding, calling, and engaging industry experts to deliver the insights our clients need, often underextremely tight deadlines.Expect to spend much of your day on the phone, persuading specialists to share their expertise and securing their time for client calls.

Day to day, you’ll:

Own projects end-to-end, truly understanding the specific client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls.

Cold calland engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and winning buy-in

Work at speed, managingmultiple projects and clientsat once

Learn fast, gaining broad knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations

Cross-Sellthe full range of Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, as well as 1-1 calls.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Business fluency in German(written and oral - Level C1 and above).

You’reintellectually strong, you’reambitious, haveleadership or extracurricular experience, and have shown grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements.

Additional Information

Salary and Benefits:

• First-year OTE are expected to be €62,000. This is in line with a €52,000 base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus accessible after your first month.
  • 1-Year Mark: Automatic 5% increase to your base salary on your anniversary.
  • ~18-Month Mark: Eligibility for promotion to Senior Associate, bringing an additional 10% increase to your base salary.
