What your tasks are

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our business: identifying, contacting and mentoring industry experts to provide our clients with the insights they need – often under very tight timelines. A significant part of your daily work will take place on the phone: you will convince specialists to share their knowledge and coordinate their participation in discussions with our clients.

In everyday life, you will:

• Be responsible for projects from start to finish - truly understand our clients' needs and organize high-level expert meetings
• Reach experts from a wide range of industries via cold calling, master objections confidently and win them over for cooperation
• Work at high speed and balance multiple projects and clients at the same time
• learn quickly and build up a broad understanding of markets, business models and regulations
• Sell the entire Third Bridge product portfolio – including content, surveys, advisory and 1:1 expert discussions

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (written and oral - level C1 and higher).
• You are high-performing and ambitious, have gained practical experience in internships, jobs or projects and have shown perseverance and commitment.

Salary and Benefits:

• The total salary in the first year is expected to be between €66,500 and €88,000 (based on average to high performance). It is made up of a base salary of €52,000 and an unlimited performance bonus that is available from the second month.
• You will receive a MacBook and an iPhone from Apple.
• You have 28 days of vacation per year as well as 2 personal days.
