About the Role

As an Associate, Client Services at Atheneum, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with top-tier experts for qualitative virtual sessions. This is a sales-oriented role requiring strong commercial acumen—you’ll need to persuade experts, negotiate fees, and meet KPI targets while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Expert Sourcing and Onboarding : Identify and onboard industry experts for client projects, ensuring availability for rapid booking.
  • Managing Multiple Projects : Coordinate multiple projects at once, efficiently matching clients with the right experts.
  • Fast-Paced Booking and Scheduling : Quickly secure expert sessions on short notice, maintaining organization and clarity.
  • Client Needs Understanding : Develop a deep understanding of client requirements to provide tailored expert recommendations.
  • Communication and Outreach : Use cold calls, emails, and persuasive language to engage experts and secure their participation.
  • Negotiation & Sales Focus : Convince experts to participate in sessions, negotiate competitive fees, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Adaptability and Agility : Think on your feet, adjust to shifting client needs, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
  • Client Excellence : Maintain high-quality service by managing expectations, delivering accurate recommendations, and ensuring expert sessions run seamlessly.
