You will act as a force multiplier by owning strategic projects, ensuring follow-through on initiatives, and building lightweight AI-assisted tools and automations to speed up delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own follow-through on meetings, decisions, and initiatives, converting conversations into action items, trackers, and outcomes
• Take end-to-end ownership of special projects from scoping and research to execution and reporting
• Build lightweight tools, dashboards, and automations using AI-assisted (“vibe coding”) development workflows
• Prepare briefings, analyses, and presentations to support leadership decisions
• Connect work across teams, identify stalled projects, and help unblock them
• Improve team workflows by identifying opportunities for AI tools and automation
