NavVis is looking for an Associate AI Operations & Technology Specialist to work directly with the Head of AI, Data & Systems acting as a force multiplier by taking ownership of strategic projects, cross-functional follow-ups, and fast-moving initiatives that do not yet have an owner.
Do you want to shape the future of how NavVis works with AI? Are you hungry to learn and genuinely excited about how AI is changing the way we get things done? Then this is where you want to be.
Own follow-through on meetings, decisions, and initiatives, turning conversations into action items, trackers, and outcomes
Take ownership on special projects end to end, from scoping and research to execution and reporting
Build lightweight tools, dashboards, and automations using AI-assisted ("vibe coding" development workflows, solving problems faster than a full engineering cycle allows
Prepare briefings, analyses, and presentations that help leadership make faster, better-informed decisions
Connect work across teams, spotting where projects are stalling and helping unblock them
Improve how the team works by identifying where AI tools and automation create leverage
1 to 3 years of experience, for example from an internship, a startup role, or project work in a fast-changing, loosely defined environment
A technical mindset: comfortable working with data, logic, and tools without being a professional software engineer
Basic data analysis skills, along with using judgment to know when a quick script or dashboard is the right tool for a given problem
Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex information into clear, actionable output
Ownership and follow-through demonstrated by driving tasks to completion without close supervision, combined with the organizational discipline to track multiple initiatives at once without missing deadlines
