Für unser Timberland Team in Ingolstadt suchen wir eine engagierte Assistenz der Filialleitung, die Verantwortung übernehmen und gemeinsam mit uns wachsen möchte.

Deine Rolle

Als Assistenz der Filialleitung bist du eine wichtige Stütze im Store‑Management. Deine Ideen zählen – und gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung trägst du maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Stores bei.

Deine Aufgaben

• Umsatz und Rentabilität aktiv vorantreiben
• dein Verkaufsteam motivierst, coachst und weiterentwickelst
• operative Retail‑Prozesse sicherstellst und kontinuierlich verbesserst für reibungslose Abläufe sorgst (z.B. Inventuren, KPI‑Tracking, P&L‑Verständnis)
• relevante Kennzahlen nutzt, um die Performance des Stores zu optimieren
• ein sauberes, markenkonformes Store‑Erscheinungsbild sicherstellst

• Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten (inkl. Wochenenden, Feiertage und Abende)

Hiring Range: €34,776.00 EUR - €43,470.00 EUR annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
