MAJE, part of the SMCP Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Düsseldorf flagship. You will support the Store Manager in commercial and operational duties, lead a team, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand VM guidelines.

You will contribute to a stylish, feminine retail experience in a dynamic fashion environment with opportunities for growth within MAJE and the SMCP Group.

On a day-to-day basis at Maje, your role will be to support the Store Manager by assisting with the commercial and operational management of the store, the management of a team, the coaching and training of the team members, the animation in store and the respect of our VM guidelines.
