Job summary

LEWA GmbH is seeking an Assistant Service Coordinator (m/f/d) to cover parental leave for up to three years. The role coordinates worldwide service assignments, arranges travel, and provides technical support to customers and service teams.

You will prepare quotes, support sales activities, manage AS3 tools, and handle visa-related tasks and health examinations. Applicants should have an industrial mechanics or technician apprenticeship, a service-oriented mindset, and strong English skills.

For our LEWA team we are looking for you as Assistant Service Coordinator (m/f/d). This position is a fixed-term position to cover parental leave and will last for the duration of the parental leave (expected to be 3 years).

Your area of responsibility

• You plan and coordinate service assignments worldwide while always maintaining a clear overview
• You organize and arrange business trips—from start to finish
• You will provide technical support to our customers and service technicians (domestic and international)
• You will prepare quotes, follow up on them, and actively participate in sales activities
• You will be responsible for tool management in the AS3 division
• You will handle visa-related matters and coordinate occupational health examinations (G-examinations)
• You will handle general business and administrative tasks

Our requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or technician
• You have a service-oriented approach to your work and always keep the customer in mind
• You impress others with your open and respectful interactions with customers and colleagues
• You enjoy working as part of a team, actively contribute, are flexible, can handle pressure, and keep a clear head even in stressful situations
• You have a good command of spoken and written English
• You are proficient in MS Office and, ideally, have experience working with SAP
