AFH Germany GmbH is looking for an Assistant Manager in Berlin to oversee daily store operations, drive sales results, and provide exceptional customer service. You will perform critical opening and closing routines, train staff, and manage inventory while demonstrating excellent product knowledge and a strong work ethic.

This role requires a bachelor's degree or supervisory experience and fluency in German and English. The position offers competitive compensation of €41,500 annually, along with various benefits including bonuses and educational support.

Job Description

Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes.
