Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues that require attention.
• Manages schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues to maintain smooth operations while the Store Manager is absent.
• Step in for absent employees, ensuring the business continues to run seamlessly.
• Lead by example, acting as a role model for the team by consistently delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Delegate tasks to employees and keep track of daily activities.
• Conduct training and provide one-on-one guidance to employees in collaboration with the store manager.
• Resolve disputes between employees and foster a positive and harmonious work environment.
• Motivate employees to perform at their best, recognizing and encouraging their achievements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
