We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, overseeing staff, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues that require attention.
• Manage schedule changes, employee call-ins, and other staffing issues to maintain smooth operations while the Store Manager is absent.
• Step in for absent employees, ensuring the business continues to run smoothly.
• Lead by example, being a role model for the team by consistently providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Delegate tasks to employees and keep track of daily operations.
• Conduct training and provide one-on-one guidance to employees in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Resolve disputes among employees, fostering a positive and harmonious work environment.
• Motivate employees to perform at their best, recognizing and encouraging their achievements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide updates to the Store Manager and collaborate on operational responsibilities.
• Assist in managing tasks assigned by the Store Manager to create overall success.
• Cover all Store Manager responsibilities during their absence, ensuring the store operates smoothly.
