Position Summary

Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza responsible for leading store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Model company policies and procedures, ensuring 100% compliance from yourself and your crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image and standards maintenance, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

General Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Accurate monetary change handling.
• Effective verbal, written, and telephone communication, and the ability to give clear written instructions.
• Quick eye‑hand coordination for rapid and precise movements.
• Keyboard or touch‑screen order entry competency.

• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and carry product.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, and occasional sitting for short periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lb (~50 pounds) and push up to 7.5 lb force on dollies.
• Frequent hand coordination for pizza preparation and delivery.
• Driving within a designated delivery area with valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Additional Job Details

• Travel between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations, including navigation of stairs and ladders.
