Zusammenfassung

Miele Melbourne Experience Centre is seeking an Assistant Experience Centre Manager to lead a passionate retail team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and memorable journey.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee daily operations, coordinate demonstrations with the Culinary Team, and build partnerships with local suppliers to grow referrals for our premium appliances.

• Support the Experience Centre Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to achieve financial, service and customer experience targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey by leading consultative sales conversations and resolving customer enquiries with professionalism
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, merchandising and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the Culinary Team to deliver engaging demonstrations, customer events and premium in-store experiences
• Build strong relationships with local business partners, Miele Chartered Agents (MCAs) and internal stakeholders to drive customer referrals and business growth
• Take ownership of centre operations, including rostering, stock management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
