Responsibilities
- Organization of the management secretariat and associated administrative tasks, such as telephone and written office communication and document management
- Organization of meetings, events and business trips, including travel expense accounting supporting the management teams
- Preparation of presentation documents and meetings minutes
- Handling internal and external correspondence in German and English
- Supporting the HR department with administrative issues
- Friendly reception and care of guests
Qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or completed business studies
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Organizational talent with an independent, proactive and structured way of working
- Friendly and self-confident demeanor, strong communication and team skills as well as intercultural competence
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office and Outlook, experience in Workday or Success Factors a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken German, very good English skills
