  • You personally assist the Vice President Offshore – Portfolio Development and support the team as well as the EnBW Generation UK, EnBW Valeco Offshore, and international offshore wind project teams
  • Take responsibility for coordinating video conferences, workshops, and meetings, including scheduling, preparation, documentation, and follow-up with internal and external participants
  • You Plan and organize business trips from start to finish – including bookings, ad hoc replanning and accurate travel expense settlements
  • Work independently on all administrative and secretarial tasks, managing professional correspondence in German and English as well as handling documents and information efficiently
  • Manage procurement and invoice processes, ensuring timely and compliant handling of orders and payments
  • You keep employee and safety-related data up to date in the EnBW occupational safety system, organize health service appointments and training sessions, and step in to support assistants in the New Construction Projects department when required
