We are currently seeking an Asset Manager with a focus on office properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating sourcing of leasing opportunities with (lead) brokers, project presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
- Submitting RFPs, collecting necessary information, and engaging in Q&A with brokers/clients.
- Coordinating space planning requests between clients and the design team, and initiating feasibility studies with the Tenant Fit-Out Team.
- Engaging in technical discussions between clients and the Tenant Fit-Out team to identify key issues and develop solutions.
- Driving lease negotiations with support from the Head of Development and preparing documentation with legal and technical teams for lease agreements.
- Aligning stakeholders involved in deal negotiations, including legal, construction, and development teams.
- Preparing offices for post-development operations, such as defining service levels, supporting the selection of service providers, monitoring service charge budgets, and contractual obligations, or acting as a sparring partner for tenants.
- Preparing assets for potential divestment.
- Finalizing product definitions with the Head of Development.
- Controlling budgets and monitoring the Office segment's NRI and TIC.
- Conducting market intelligence and maintaining broker relationships, especially in Hamburg.
- Performing analysis, reporting, and preparing status update presentations.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in asset management, ideally within office real estate.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; capable of navigating complex discussions and resolving conflicts diplomatically.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are required.
