Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Berlin sucht eine/n kaufmännische/n Leiter/in für die Verwaltung von Wind- und PV-Projekten. Sie sind verantwortlich für alle kommerziellen Verwaltungsaktivitäten und dienen als zentrale Ansprechperson für Stakeholder.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem technischen Betrieb zusammen, koordinieren Anfragen von Behörden, bereiten Budgets vor und führen Berichte wie EEG- und Stromsteuer durch. Reisebereitschaft zu Standorten wird erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossen kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Fokus.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Windpark-/Asset-Management.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für zugeordnete Wind- und PV-Unternehmen.
• Alle kommerzielle Verwaltungsaktivitäten leiten.
• Kontaktstelle für interne und externe Stakeholder sein.
• Schnittstelle zum technischen Betriebsmanagement bilden.
• Koordination von Anfragen von Stakeholdern und Behörden.
• Verwaltung von Vertrags- und Grundstücksdaten.
• Liquiditäts- und Budgetpläne sowie Abweichungsanalysen erstellen.
• Betriebs- und Nebenkosten, Leasing- und Umsätze aufbereiten.
• Berichtspflichten wie EEG- und Stromsteuer berücksichtigen.
• Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung führen.
• Angebotsmanagement für direkte Vermarktung und Strombeschaffung.
• Gesellschafterversammlungen vorbereiten und durchführen.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the assigned wind farm and photovoltaic companies
• Managing all commercial administration activities
• Serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Acting as the interface with technical operations management
• Coordinating requests from various stakeholders and authorities
• Managing all commercial property and contract data for the individual companies and sites
• Preparing liquidity and budget plans, as well as budget-versus-actual analyses
• Preparing operating cost, lease, and revenue statements
• Managing statutory reporting obligations, such as electricity tax and EEG reporting requirements
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Handling tenders for direct marketing and electricity procurement
• Preparing and conducting shareholder meetings

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or further education, or a completed degree with a focus on business or commerce
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position or role
• Ideally, knowledge of wind turbine operations management or asset management
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in German
• A diligent, self-motivated, and structured approach to work
• Willingness to travel regularly for meetings at the company's headquarters in Berlin
