As a Loan Origination Associate II within our team, you will play a crucial role in the loan lifecycle, ensuring seamless transaction closings. • Prepare and send documentation packages with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all required information is included and accurately presented to support successful loan closings.

• Work on projects to improve current processes and procedures, contributing innovative ideas and solutions that drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the loan origination function.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Expertise in loan origination or related lending services, proven with at least four years of experience, demonstrating strong conflict management and critical thinking capabilities.
