Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an expert to design, validate, and operate AI/ML capabilities supporting cyber tools and security operations. You will own a six-pillar AI validation framework, validate AI technologies pre-deployment, and deliver the Autonomous Workflow Library with the DevSecOps Engineer.

You will produce periodic security control reports and maintain comprehensive AI system documentation for government audiences, ensuring compliance with federal governance and disclosure obligations.

Requirements

• Current DoD 8140/8570 Level III certification required at time of application: IAT III, IAM III, or IASAE III, or another credential on the current matrix at the required level


• Minimum 10 years of information technology experience, including applied machine learning or LLM engineering in a security or operations context


• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field


• Degrees earned outside the United States require a NACES-member equivalency evaluation


• Defensible, documented methodology for categorizing, testing, and validating AI technologies before deployment


• Working knowledge of Federal AI governance obligations, including attestation and disclosure requirements


• Ability to write model behavior and change documentation suitable for Government review


• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/LLM tooling


• Engineering discipline to move a model from prototype to a supportable production capability


• U.S. citizenship required


• Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 4 / High Risk Public Trust suitability, VA systems access, and PIV credentialing
