Tylers, die Agentur für Automotive- und Finanzkommunikation innerhalb der conteam gruppe, betreut in Frankfurt renommierte Kunden aus Automotive, Mobility, Finanzdienstleistungen und Industrie. Von Markenkommunikation über Sales-Kampagnen bis zu digitalen Formaten mit KI-Unterstützung.

Als Art Director bzw. Junior Art Director arbeiten Sie eng mit Beratung, Layout, Copy und Produktion zusammen, entwickeln visuelle Konzepte und gestalten konsistente Markenauftritte über alle Kanäle hinweg.

Qualifications

• 2–3 Jahre Berufs­erfahrung als Art Director oder Junior Art Director, idealerweise in einer Agentur

Responsibilities

• Konzeption visuell für Print- und Digitalprojekte entwickeln
• Konstante Markenauftritte über alle Kanäle sicherstellen
• Layout, Typografie und visuelle Welten/Composings erstellen

What you'll do

• Developing visual concepts for print and digital projects
• Designing consistent brand presences across every channel
• Producing layouts, typography and image worlds/composings
• Creative work for social media and digital communication
• Using modern design and AI tools in day-to-day creative work
• Close collaboration with consulting, copy and production
• Actively supporting team projects — from the idea to final delivery

What you bring

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience as an Art Director or Junior Art Director, ideally in an agency environment
• You develop visual concepts for print and digital
• You ensure consistent brand presences across every channel
• You know your way around typography, layout and visual language/composings
• You think creatively, strategically and in terms of solutions
• You use design and AI tools with confidence
• You bring experience in social media and digital communication
• You enjoy working in a team and support projects actively
