Your Role

To continue our successful national and international growth of recent years, we are looking for a Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Göppingen. In this role, you will be responsible for further developing our globally active dealer network. You will work with our existing partners to support their growth in their markets, help them identify opportunities to become even more successful and develop their potential. Additionally, you will identify attractive target markets, create innovative sales strategies and inspire new dealers with our products.

Your Tasks
  • You are responsible for (European) existing customers and new customer sales in our reseller segment, continuously working on the development and acquisition of large and strategically important distributors
  • You work closely with our existing customers, jointly developing initiatives for further business growth and continuously evaluating the collaboration
  • You analyse target markets, identify attractive potential customers for the dealer business and develop corresponding strategies for engagement
  • You actively support marketing initiatives and digital measures to strengthen brand presence in your region
  • You build a network of relationships with existing and new key distributors and multipliers
  • You are responsible for systematically establishing efficient sales and communication structures
  • You work closely with the development team to address the technical challenges of our partners and to adapt our products to local markets
Your Profile
  • You are strong in acquisition and have experience in sales, both in managing existing customers and in acquiring new clients
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in sales for automotive manufacturers, suppliers, or automotive accessories
  • Ideally, you already have sales experience in major European markets
  • Passion for cars and technology, contagious enthusiasm for our products, and motivation to develop large markets
  • Excellent communication skills, a confident and persuasive demeanor, a passion for driving results, strong goal orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and structured, conscientious work habits
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional language skills are a plus
