€70,000 – €80,000 + Bonus + Car + Full benefits package
We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence across Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a key territory whilst working with cutting‑edge products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across assigned territory
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximise account value
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives
Territory Management
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity within the German market
- Build comprehensive territory plans and maintain accurate sales forecasting
- Travel regularly throughout Germany to meet clients and prospects
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as required
Relationship Building
- Establish strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and technical specialists
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients within your territory
Requirements
Essential Experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a field sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing a defined territory or region
- Strong understanding of the German business landscape and culture
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
