We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence across Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a key territory whilst working with cutting‑edge products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across assigned territory
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximise account value
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives
Territory Management
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity within the German market
  • Build comprehensive territory plans and maintain accurate sales forecasting
  • Travel regularly throughout Germany to meet clients and prospects
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as required
Relationship Building
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and technical specialists
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within your territory
Requirements
Essential Experience
