We're a small but mighty team serving coffees out of our stores in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg and quickly expanding to the rest of Germany. We're looking for an Area Manager in Munich to work directly with our Founding Team.
As an Area Manager at LAP Coffee, you will be instrumental in the success of our brand in the city of Munich, where we aim to become the largest. If you are looking to join at an exciting time and have tons of ownership, impact and visibility, this is the place for you.
You'll be responsible for transforming LAP into the largest coffee retail brand by 2025 and contribute to the opening of our stores in Munich. You’ll oversee store operations, including staffing, sales, P&L, and customer satisfaction. Occasionally, you will go behind the counter and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service while driving business growth and profitability.
You bring at least 7 years of leadership operational experience in retail F&B, ideally with a mix of retail food and beverage chains ideally at international level. Experience in the coffee industry will be a massive plus.
