At WEROCA, you’ll get to know various administrative departments and gain insights into Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Production Planning, and other interfaces. Step by step, you’ll understand how quotes, orders, invoices, materials, and internal processes are connected.
During your 3-year apprenticeship, you’ll learn about the commercial processes of an industrial company. You’ll support our sales team with customer service, enter orders, gain insights into accounting, and learn in purchasing how materials and services are procured.
You’ll also gain insights into related areas such as production planning, quality control, and shipping. Communication plays an important role-when dealing with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
The apprenticeship lasts 3 years. With good performance, it can be shortened to 2.5 years. After that, you’ll take your final exam—and with us, you’ll have great prospects for your next steps.
