avitea GmbH work and more in Lippstadt offers an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) in System Integration. From day one you will be fully integrated into the team and will work on tasks with high responsibility.

You’ll learn to plan, configure, set up, and manage IT systems, advise users, and participate in IT projects while gaining hands-on experience and on-site support when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong grades in maths, computer science and English.
• Solid technical understanding and ideally some IT experience.
• Willingness to learn, independence and reliability.

• From the very beginning, you'll be fully integrated into the team and will work on tasks that require a high level of responsibility


• You’ll develop the ability to solve application and system problems, as well as advise internal users on selecting and using devices


• In addition to advising and supporting our customers, you’ll also participate in a variety of IT projects


• You’ll create system documentation and conduct user training sessions


• You’ll learn to plan, configure, set up, and manage IT systems


• You’ll learn to systematically isolate and resolve issues when they arise, using expert knowledge and diagnostic tools


• You’ll gain exciting insights into collaboration with the various departments within avitea and the diverse interfaces

What you should bring

• You are working toward the subject-specific college entrance qualification (FHR) or the general college entrance qualification, or you have already earned one of these qualifications


• In particular, your grades in math, computer science, and English are strong


• You have a strong technical understanding and, ideally, some initial IT experience


• Your strengths include logical thinking, the ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills


• You are characterized by a strong willingness to learn, independence, and reliability


• You enjoy working with customers and are service-oriented


• Your work style is goal-oriented, analytical, and structured


• A Class B driver’s license is a plus, so that you can also provide on-site support with your expertise at our other locations when needed
