Job summary

IT IS mobile in Altheim near Landshut is seeking an Apprenticeship IT Systems Management Assistant (m/f/d) starting on 04 September 2025. Candidates should be communicative, organized, and have a keen interest in IT and business processes. Duties include advising customers, implementing IT systems, and supporting sales teams. Qualifications

• At least a secondary school diploma, preferably also a high school diploma.
• Fluent German (comparable to level C1) and very good English skills (comparable to level B2).
• Interest in IT, business workflows, and customer communication.
• Very good knowledge about computers.
• Enjoy working with people and technology.
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on IT products and solutions.
• Planning, procurement, and implementation of IT systems.
• Support sales team and help manage customer projects.
• Insights into purchasing, costing, project management, and support.
• Work closely with technical teams and experience various departments.
