Job summary
IT IS mobile in Altheim near Landshut is seeking an Apprenticeship IT Systems Management Assistant (m/f/d) starting on 04 September 2025. Candidates should be communicative, organized, and have a keen interest in IT and business processes. Duties include advising customers, implementing IT systems, and supporting sales teams. The position offers unlimited employment after apprenticeship and modern, future-oriented work in a paperless office environment.
Qualifications
- At least a secondary school diploma, preferably also a high school diploma.
- Fluent German (comparable to level C1) and very good English skills (comparable to level B2).
- Interest in IT, business workflows, and customer communication.
- Very good knowledge about computers.
- Enjoy working with people and technology.
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on IT products and solutions.
- Planning, procurement, and implementation of IT systems.
- Support sales team and help manage customer projects.
- Insights into purchasing, costing, project management, and support.
- Work closely with technical teams and experience various departments.
