Nemak Wernigerode GmbH sucht eine Auszubildende/ einen Auszubildenden im industriellen Bereich. Sie arbeiten direkt in der hauseigenen Ausbildungswerkstatt und durchlaufen in 3,5 Jahren alle relevanten Stationen, von der Grundausbildung bis zur Vorbereitung auf die Abschlussprüfung.

Nach Abschluss der Ausbildung erwarten Sie vielfältige Weiterbildungsangebote, z. B. zum geprüften Industriemeister Metall oder als Grundlage für ein Maschinenbau-Studium.

Qualifications

• Schulabschluss (Haupt- oder Fachoberschulabschluss) ideal, Mathe/Physik wichtig
• Interesse an Bauteilen, Fertigungsprozessen und computergesteuerten Systemen
• Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Lillingsbereitschaft, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise Englischkenntnisse

Responsabilités

• Während der Ausbildung arbeiten Sie mit Materialien, Werkzeugen und moderner Maschinen.
• Sie fertigen genaue Formen/Modelle für die Gussproduktion und bedienen SPS-gesteuerte Systeme.
• Verantwortung für präzise Fertigung, Montagewerkzeuge und deren Wartung; Erlernen weiterer Fertigungsprozesse.

Objective

As an apprentice in the industrial sector at Nemak Wernigerode GmbH, you'll start directly in our modern, in-house training workshop and remain there for a total of 3.5 years. After passing the AP1 (first practical exam), you'll move to the specialist departments in your second year and gain practical experience. In your fourth year, you'll return to the training workshop to receive targeted preparation for your final exam.

Tasks

During your apprenticeship, you'll work with a variety of materials, tools, and modern machinery. You'll create precise molds and models needed for casting production and operate computer-controlled systems.

Accuracy is paramount. You'll machine components, assemble tools, and ensure their precise manufacturing and maintenance. You'll also learn about various manufacturing processes and apply them professionally.

After your apprenticeship, numerous further training opportunities will be available to you, such as becoming a certified industrial master in metalworking or as a foundation for a degree in mechanical engineering.

Profile

- Secondary school leaving certificate or (specialized) university entrance qualification, ideally

with good grades in mathematics and physics

- Interest in components, manufacturing processes, and computer-controlled systems

- Analytical thinking and a structured work approach

- Willingness to learn, commitment, and teamwork skills

- Good knowledge of German, mathematics, and physics, and ideally, knowledge of English
