Machine and Plant Operator Coating (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• You operate and monitor modern production equipment and ensure safe, smooth production processes.
• You run the machines in accordance with operational specifications and reliably keep an eye on process parameters and workflows.
• You ensure compliance with our quality standards and inspect the manufactured products with a trained eye for detail.
• You carefully identify and resolve quality deviations and actively support measures to optimize processes.
• You carry out setup and cleaning work at your workplace carefully and responsibly.
• You flexibly support various production areas wherever your contribution is needed.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• You stand out in the daily production environment thanks to your team spirit, reliability and careful way of working.
• A forklift and crane license is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Initial experience using IT systems will help you get started, but is not a must.
• Very good written and spoken German skills round off your profile.
