Job summary

You will travel internationally up to 60% to onboard customers and field teams, applying your MATLAB/Python analytics skills to deliver fast, reliable solutions. You will collaborate across global teams, contribute to roadmap decisions, and maintain high standards of communication and problem

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math.
• Business fluency in English; German beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Structured, systematic problem solver with teamwork.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 60%).
• Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer expert-level questions and requests from users of semiconductor metrology equipment.

• Perform end-product acceptance tests and software quality tests prior to shipment of new products or software.

Our inspection, metrology, and analytics systems detect and monitor defects across logic and memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. We also develop technologies for specialty processes, IC substrates, and PCB manufacturing, including etch and deposition, component inspection, and imaging and analytics. The RAPID division leads the industry in reticle inspection solutions, helping ensure high lithography yields and cost-effective semiconductor manufacturing. Its systems support both mask shops and fabs by detecting defects early in the process, enabling faster, more reliable production.**What You'll Do**In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. * Understand customer problem and derive solutions based on KLA product portfolio and definition of roadmap.* Define and setup experiments with customers and evaluate data to identify and solve customer problems.* Answer expert level questions and requests from users of our semiconductor metrology equipment* Proactively ensure fast time-to-solution for customer questions and requests* Work with Customers and Field Teams from Asia, Europe, and America to understand new feature requests and translate them into clear requirements for our internal development team.* Travel to Asia, Europe, and America to train Customers and Field Application Engineers in using our product* Perform end-product acceptance tests and software quality tests prior to shipment of a new product or new software**Minimum Qualifications*** Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math related subject* Business fluent in English.
