Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an Epic Applications Specialist in Germany to configure, implement, and maintain Epic modules. You will collaborate with operations, IT, leadership, and vendors to translate requirements into system changes and build robust workflows.

The role involves maintenance, testing, and mentoring peers, with opportunities to lead small projects. Required are a Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent, plus three years of relevant Epic experience and Epic certification in HB

• Epic certified in one or more modules (HB Administration and Claims and Remittance highly preferred)

Aufgaben

• Configure, implement, support and maintain Epic applications and integrations
• Coordinate with business operations, IT, leadership, users and vendors
• Translate requirements into configuration and business process changes
• Provide routine maintenance and standard build for Epic systems
• Analyze Epic vendor software updates and impact on business
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex Epic issues
• Develop complex functions including building application tables and reports
• Update testing scripts for ongoing development and implementations
• Act as a resource for less experienced Epic colleagues
• May lead small projects with manageable risk and resources
• Analyze and organize technical requirement specifications using data/diagrams/flowcharts
• Solve complex problems and exercise judgement across multiple information sources

Responsibilities

• Configures, implements, supports and maintains applications and technical integrations, specifically Epic applications, to meet the needs of the organization.
• Serves as a coordinator and collaborates with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors.
• Builds requirements and translates into configuration and business process changes, using knowledge of standard workflows.
• Provides routine maintenance and standard build for Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies and procedures.
• Provides technical knowledge analyzing Epic vendor software updates and the impact to the business for Epic applications.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic to moderately complex application issues and provides end-user support for Epic applications.
• Codes complex functions including building application tables and reports for Epic applications.
• Updates testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations.
• Acts as a resource for Epic colleagues with less experience.
• May lead small projects with manageable risk and resource requirements.
• Analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes technical requirement specifications, using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making.
• Solves complex problems, takes a new perspective on existing solutions and exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Requirements

• Epic certified in one or more modules (Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Administration and Claims and Remittance highly preferred
