We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Manager to lead and develop the Accounts Payable team. This role involves providing coaching and performance management while ensuring service level expectations are consistently met. The AP Manager will oversee AP operations, monitor key performance indicators, drive process improvements, and partner with various departments to enhance workflows and payment processing.
The role offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days from home. The modern and rustic office is located in Northeast Minneapolis and accommodates a growing team. The team consists of approximately eight AP specialists and a lead, with a focus on automation and technology. The office serves as the corporate headquarters, housing Corporate Accounting, Finance, and Payroll departments.
This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
