Formación

• Опыт управления командами данных и аналитиками: не менее 3 лет.
• 7+ лет в аналитике/дата-сайенс в тех/финтех средах.
• Доказанный опыт влияния на выручку, удержание и продуктовую стратегию через данные.
• Экспертиза в uplift-моделировании, контрафактных сценариях, синтетических контролях и масштабировании A/B/n тестов.
• Высокий уровень SQL и Python/R для моделирования и статистического анализа.
• Современные BI-инструменты (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Superset) для управленческой отчетности.
• Опыт использования LLM для масштабирования доступа к данным.
• Умение ясно коммуницировать и работать с кросс-функциональными командами.

Responsabilidades

• Масштабирование и наставничество команды аналитиков, развитие управленческих навыков лица на переднем плане.
• Проведение сложнейших анализов по удержанию пользователей, конверсии основных счетов и экономике подписок.
• Установка KPI домена совместно с руководством и развитие аналитической инфраструктуры.
• Руководство командой в Engagement, Primary Banking и Subscriptions; найм и карьерный рост.

You will work in the Grow & Engage domain. This is the heart of the customer experience ranging from the acquisition and signup to our premium membership tiers and the daily engagement of our users. You will work in teams delivering the newest and most innovative features serving our customers in the best way possible. We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Manager to lead the analytics strategy for our Grow & Engage domain, specially focusing on Engagement, Primary Banking, and Subscriptions. You will lead a team of data analysts (up to 7) while personally driving the domain’s most complex strategic and technical areas to solve.

Scale, mentor, and manage the team and develop frontline management talent. Personally lead high-stakes analyses on user retention, primary account conversion, and subscription economics. Set domain KPIs with senior leadership and scale LLM-driven self-serve analytics foundations. Lead the team across Engagement, Primary Banking, and Subscriptions, overseeing hiring, performance, and career growth. Set high standards for analytical quality, code hygiene, and test design across the domain. Partner with Directors/VPs of Product, Marketing, and Growth to align OKRs and shape together the retention and monetization roadmap. Build frameworks that identify key behavioral triggers driving users to adopt us as their primary bank (e.g., direct deposits, recurring payments). Oversee tier upgrade funnels, LTV modeling, churn prevention, and pricing elasticity for premium memberships. Architect advanced measurement frameworks (uplift modeling, synthetic controls, quasi-experiments). Set the right experimentation framework for the whole domain: holdouts, A/B testing, etc. Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable data assets and leverage LLM conversational interfaces for self-serve discovery. Run training and workshops to raise data fluency across product and business squads. Contribute to company-wide analytics standards, tooling, and best practices.

Требования:

3+ years of direct people management experience, leading mid-size teams of ICs and/or mentoring frontline managers/leads. 7+ years as an individual contributor in analytics/data science within tech or FinTech environments. Proven track record of driving revenue, retention, and executive-level product strategy through data. Expertise in uplift modeling, counterfactuals, synthetic controls, and scaling A/B/n test design. High proficiency in SQL and Python/R for modeling and statistical analysis. Modern BI tooling (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Superset) for executive reporting. Experience leveraging LLMs to scale self-serve data access. Confident communicator capable of challenging assumptions and aligning cross-functional leadership.
