About You is seeking an Analytics Engineer (all genders) for Supply Data Solutions in Hamburg. You will gather, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights to guide supply-related decisions and reporting. You’ll automate reporting, build advanced dashboards, and collaborate across data teams to ensure data quality and enable self-service analytics.

The role requires 3+ years as a Data Analyst, strong SQL, BigQuery experience, and proficiency with Looker Studio/Excel. Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data analysis, reporting and querying large datasets
• Experience with Google BigQuery
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Excel, or similar) to create compelling dashboards and reports
• Experience in Python is a big plus
• Ability to translate fuzzy business requirements from diverse stakeholders into analytical requirements.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and drive projects from conception to completion
• Collaborative mindset, adept at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Pragmatic and structured approach to problem-solving, consistently delivering efficient, data-driven solutions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
