• Translate data into relevant insights and well-founded decision-making bases
• Analyze complex datasets, identify relationships, and present results for specific target groups
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses in Power BI
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and other business departments to understand questions, gather requirements, and develop data-based solutions
• Design and develop metrics and KPIs for Marketing, Sales, and Management
• Use analyses to improve understanding of business results, steer measures, and identify new courses of action
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Owners, and other analytics experts
• Contribute to the development of the analytics platform, reporting landscape, and data-driven ways of working
• Participate in projects for the development of data and analytics solutions
• Support the sustainable adoption of data-based decision-making across the company

Требования:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience working with data models, reporting, and business intelligence solutions
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good knowledge of Power BI
• High affinity for data, metrics, and business processes
• Very good German skills and the ability to present complex content clearly to specific target groups
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong understanding of the different needs of stakeholders and the ability to prepare and present content for specific target groups
• Nice to have: DAX knowledge
