ALTEN Germany seeks an AMS verification engineer to focus on I/O interface verification. You will analyze requirements, define strategies and plans, and develop verification environments and testbenches.

You will run AMS simulations, perform regressions and ensure full coverage, and collaborate with analog, physical design and verification teams. The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or physics, strong English communication, and a proactive, methodical approach to debugging and

• Analyze requirements and define verification strategy, test plans and schedules
• Develop and maintain AMS verification environments and testbenches
• Execute AMS simulations (corner, Monte Carlo, transient, DC/AC, mixed‑signal)
• Run regressions and ensure coverage completeness
• Analyze simulation results and debug functional, electrical and timing issues
• Collaborate closely with analog design, physical design and verification teams
• Document verification results and prepare review-ready sign-off packages
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
