Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an Alliance Director to lead community engagement and partnership development within maternal health and health equity initiatives. You will collaborate with BIPOC-serving organizations, coordinate outreach, and strengthen relationships across local, national, and global communities to advance advocacy, education, and leadership development.

• 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, nonprofit leadership, maternal health, or related fields.
• Commitment to racial equity, reproductive justice, maternal and infant health equity, and culturally responsive practices.
• Strong understanding of perinatal mental health and challenges impacting BIPOC communities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working across diverse communities and sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships.
• Experience with program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and strategic outreach.
• Proficiency with virtual communication platforms and basic project management systems.

Aufgaben

• Support Alliance Director and teams in achieving the Alliance's strategic mission and goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external organizations and community stakeholders to strengthen relationships with BIPOC-serving organizations.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain partnerships with organizations aligned with maternal health, advocacy, leadership development, and health equity initiatives.
• Develop collaborative opportunities that support education, advocacy, leadership development, and community-based programming to support BIPOC communities.
• Coordinate outreach efforts to increase awareness of PSI & Alliance programs, training, membership opportunities, and events.
• Facilitate relationship-building opportunities across local, national, and global communities.
• Gather feedback from community stakeholders to inform strategic direction and program improvement.
