A prestigious higher education institution in Heidelberg is seeking a full-time Research Scholar and Lecturer in Visual and Media Anthropology. The Heidelberg Center for Transcultural Studies (HCTS) at Heidelberg University is looking to fill a full-time, fixed-term position as
within its Department of Visual and Media Anthropology.
Participating actively in research activities and administrative work of the Heidelberg Center for Transcultural Studies and the Center for Asian and Transcultural Studies, and appropriating wider duties in academic serve within the university.
Your profile:
The position will be fixed-term in accordance with the German academic labour law. The salary is according to TV-L of the German public service salary scale. The position is available by April 1, 2026, can also be filled part-time.
