OKATIM Germany GmbH sucht eine/n Fachmann/-frau für Lufttüchtigkeit und Zertifizierung, um die Konformität sicherzustellen und Zertifizierungsaktivitäten von der Definition bis zur Typzulassung zu unterstützen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Design-, System-, Software- und Safety-Engineering zusammen und stellen die Einhaltung zivil- und militärischer Anforderungen sicher. Ein Universitätsabschluss in einem relevanten Ingenieurstudiengang wird erwartet.

Competenze

• Universitätsabschluss in einem der genannten Fachgebiete oder gleichwertiger Abschluss.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) und Bereitschaft zur Kommunikation mit Behörden.
• Erfahrung in Luftfahrtzertifizierung oder -konformität ist vorteilhaft.

• Verantwortung für die Lufttüchtigkeitskonformität und Unterstützung von Zertifizierungsaktivitäten von Definition bis Typzertifizierung.
• Durchführung und Koordination von Konformitätsaktivitäten für Flugzeuge und Designänderungen über den gesamten Entwicklungslebenszyklus.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter zivil- bzw. militärischer Lufttüchtigkeitsanforderungen.
• Vorbereitung und Pflege von Zertifizierungsprogrammen, Checklisten und Zertifizierungsdokumentationen.
• Unterstützung bei der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Design-, Lufttüchtigkeits- und Zertifizierungsprozessen.
• Berücksichtigung von militärischen Lufttüchtigkeits- und Zertifizierungsanforderungen.
• Koordination von Zertifizierungs- und Konformitätsthemen mit relevanten Luftfahrtbehörden.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design-Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering und Safety Engineering.
• Beurteilung von Lufttüchtigkeitsaspekten komplexer sicherheitskritischer Flugzeugsysteme und Berichterstattung über Zertifizierungsfortschritte.

Your tasks:

• Take responsibility for airworthiness compliance and support certification activities from the definition of the certification basis through to type certification
• Perform and coordinate compliance activities for aircraft and design changes throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with relevant civil and military airworthiness requirements
• Prepare and maintain certification programmes, compliance checklists and certification documentation
• Support the establishment and continuous development of design, airworthiness and certification processes
• Assess and address military certification and airworthiness requirements
• Coordinate certification and compliance topics with the relevant aviation authorities
• Work closely with Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering and Safety Engineering
• Assess airworthiness aspects of complex and safety-critical aircraft systems and report on certification progress and technical changes

Your profile:

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field
• Professional experience in airworthiness, certification or compliance within a development organisation
• Good knowledge of EASA Part 21J as well as experience in compliance demonstration and certification documentation
• Knowledge of or strong interest in military airworthiness and certification regulations
• Knowledge of CS-23 is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant development and safety standards for safety-critical aircraft systems is an advantage
• Structured, precise and responsible working style combined with strong communication skills when interacting with authorities and technical departments
• Very good English skills C1; German skills are an advantage
• Due to project-specific security requirements, citizenship of an EU or NATO member state and willingness to undergo a security clearance, if required, are necessary for this position.
