Hangar 901 Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is seeking an experienced metal trades professional to join a large European team in Germany. You will perform repairs on structural components, install assemblies according to drawings, and document all maintenance work.

The ideal candidate has a completed traineeship or several years in a metal trade, good English, reliable teamwork, and willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualifikationen

• Completed traineeship or several years of professional experience in a metal profession.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English in daily work.
• Confident communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel for assignment and site visits.

Aufgaben

• Perform repairs on structural components in the airframe and outer skin area (aluminium/titanium).
• Install components onto assemblies according to drawings and work instructions.
• Set blind rivets, structural rivets; drill, countersink and ream as required.
• Document all maintenance work accurately and timely.

• installing components onto assemblies according to technical drawings and work instructions
• setting blind rivets, fitting-bolt rivets and solid rivets; drilling, countersinking and reaming
• documentation of all maintenance work
