Job summary

DERICHEBOURG Aeronautics Services GmbH is seeking skilled personnel for assembling, integrating and sealing aircraft fuel systems on the final assembly line. You will transform components into flight-ready fuel networks with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

You should have vocational training as an Aviation Mechanic and proven experience in mechanical fuel-system assembly and aerospace sealing.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as Aviation Mechanic (Ausbildung).
• Proven mechanical fuel-system assembly experience.
• Experience with aerospace sealing processes.
• Able to work in confined aircraft structures and spaces.
• Fluency in English; German knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and route complex aircraft fuel lines, pressure valves, probes and sensors.
• Apply aerospace sealants for leak-proof integrity.
• Perform precision mechanical work inside wing and center tank structures.
• Follow aerospace processes, safety rules and document steps.

About the Role

Your missions About the Role: Focus on the assembly, integration, and sealing of aircraft fuel systems. You need to work directly on the aircraft production stage, transforming individual components into fully integrated, flight-ready fuel networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and route complex aircraft fuel lines, pressure valves, probes, sensors, pumps, tank sealing within the final assembly line environment.
• Apply specialized aerospace sealants to ensure absolute leak-proof integrity.
• Execute precision mechanical job inside confined wing and center-wing box and additional centre tank structures
• Adherence to aerospace manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards, documenting all production steps accurately.

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training (Ausbildung) as an Aviation Mechanic (Fluggerätmechaniker), Equipment Mechanic (Ausrüstungsmechaniker), or a closely related mechanical, industrial, or mechatronics trade.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly of fuel systems , part integration, and aerospace sealing process
• High degree of spatial awareness and the physical capability to work comfortably and safely within confined aircraft structures (tanks, wings).
• Uncompromising commitment to aviation safety and quality standards
• Mandatory fluency in English and german language proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively
