Job summary

Gulp AG in Bremen is seeking a Quality Management System Designer to advance our aerospace quality programs. You will ensure QMS compliance, maintain documentation, and support audits while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced repair environment.

The role requires completing engineering/aerospace studies or technical training, 2+ years in aerospace quality management, strong documentation skills, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in engineering, aerospace or technical fields, or further training as a technician or specialist.
• Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) in the aerospace industry as well as in quality management and quality assurance.
• Solid experience in technical documentation and materials testing (at least 1 year).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical skills, structured work style, high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assuming the role of Component Certifying Staff Part 145 under the Airbus MOA and ensuring QMS compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and define optimization potential within the Repair Station.
• Create and maintain QM documentation, guidelines, and work instructions; advise and support departments in applying QM guidelines.
• Conduct training and awareness campaigns on quality management; participate in audits and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to inspectors, verify repairs, review data and ensure system integration.

Your responsibilities will include: assuming the role of Component Certifying Staff Part 145 under the Airbus MOA (Maintenance Organisational Approval); ensuring compliance of the QMS (Quality Management System) with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements; analyzing existing processes and defining optimization potential within the Repair Station; creating and maintaining documentation, guidelines, and work instructions for the QM system; advising and supporting specialist departments in the application and interpretation of QM guidelines; conducting training and awareness campaigns on quality management; participating in internal and external audits and implementing corrective actions; maintaining close communication with stakeholders to align requirements and ensure system integration; providing technical guidance to inspectors and verifying repairs; reviewing data, utilizing the relevant repair instructions, and implementing engineering specifications; and issuing airworthiness directives.
